Booking

You can book via our website, via phone on +49 6345 5129 or via e-mail to info@villa-koenigsgarten.com.

Alternatively, you can of course also use the standard online booking platforms like booking.com or HRS.

Changes and cancellations of reservations

Direct booking: If you booked your room directly with us, you can also change or cancel your reservation via phone on +49 6345 5129 or via e-mail to info@villa-koenigsgarten.com. Cancellations must be received 24 hours prior to the expected day of arrival. If your cancellation is received on the day of your expected arrival or in case of no-show, we will only charge you if your room cannot be rented otherwise.

Booking through third parties: If you booked your room through online booking platforms like booking.com or HRS, changes or cancellations also must be made through them. To do so, please contact their customer service. You will find their contact info on your booking confirmation. Changes and cancellation directly with us is not possible if a third party is involved.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: from 3:00 PM
Your personal access code is activated from this time. Earlier access is not possible for operational reasons.

After completing the digital check-in, you may arrive at any time from 3:00 PM onwards. No prior notice is required.

Check-out: by 11:00 AM
Please vacate your room by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Your access code will be automatically deactivated at that time.

We are personally available on site 24 hours a day.

Payment

We kindly ask you to settle your invoice online as part of the digital check-in process.
This allows for a smooth arrival and a quick check-out.

Alternatively, payment can be made on the day of arrival or departure at the hotel.

We accept the following payment methods:
EC/Maestro, MasterCard, Visa and American Express.

Parking

We have our own hotel parking spots in Eduard-Diehl-Strasse right behind our hotel. The parking spots are monitored by CCTV and lit during darkness for your safety.

Furthermore you can park your car in the inner courtyard of the hotel as long as our restaurant is closed due to renovations.

Breakfast Buffet

Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 9:30 AM
Saturday, Sunday and public holidays: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM

Start your day in a relaxed atmosphere in our air-conditioned breakfast room.

Please inform us in advance of any food intolerances or dietary requirements.

Kindly note that taking food or beverages out of the breakfast room is not permitted.

Luggage storage

As a small boutique hotel, we do not offer a traditional luggage storage facility.

However, after completing the digital check-in, luggage may be placed in the bicycle room from 11:00 AM on the day of arrival, subject to prior arrangement.

Allergy sufferers

We offer gluten- and lactose-free foods on request. All of our rooms have wooden floors.

Our plants are mainly held in hydroponics without soil. Pets are not allowed in our hotel.

Our Petit Rooms are ideal for solo travellers or guests who prefer a compact yet stylish space.

The Classic Rooms provide generous comfort for single or double occupancy, combining elegant design with modern amenities.

Our Suites feature two separate bedrooms and comfortably accommodate up to four guests, making them ideal for families or friends travelling together.

The Luxury Apartment offers over 100 m² of living space as well as a spacious 100 m² private terrace. With its separate entrance and generous layout, it is particularly suited for longer stays or guests seeking greater independence and privacy while enjoying the quality and atmosphere of Villa Königsgarten.

WiFi/Internet

You have free access to a highspeed WiFi with 100 Mbit/s throughout the house.

Minibar

Every room is equipped with a minibar which is filled with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as well as some snacks and sweets.

Hairdryer

There are hairdryers in all bathrooms.

Beds

Every room has a double bed (not two single beds put together). All beds have no foot end and therefor also suitable for taller guests.

Children

We would like to draw attention to the fact that our hotel is neither geared nor equipped for children. Please contact us directly if you travel with children before you make your booking.

Pets

Pets are not allowed in our hotel due to hygienic reasons.

Safety

There is a safe for your valuables in every room. The public areas in the hotel and the parking spots are monitored by CCTV for your safety.

Smoking

We are a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is strictly forbidden throughout the house. If you will smoke anywhere inside the hotel, you will be charged with an minimum fee of 150 €.

Access for the disabled

Our hotel is neither accessible nor equipped for disabled people. The rooms are spread over three floors, the lowest floor is a mezzanine. There is no elevator.

Restaurant, wine cellar and room service

Over the past 8 years, we have lovingly and passionately renovated the restaurant Tischlein Deck Dich ourselves, only to then lease it to Team Lilly. Visit the website www.tischleindeckdich.com for further information and impressions. The restaurant is connected to a wine cellar called ‘Zum Faßschlubber,’ where you can experience selected wines. For those who prefer not to leave their rooms, we offer a selection of delightful treats such as Flammkuchen, Pizza, and Vesper platters through our room service in the evenings. All our rooms are equipped with a well-stocked minibar containing a variety of beverages such as water, cola, sodas, beer, and wine, along with small delights like gummy bears, chocolates, and chips in standard sizes. Additionally, there are several restaurants within walking distance. If you have any questions, we are always available to assist you.

Bathroom

All rooms feature modern private bathrooms designed with comfort and functionality in mind.

Depending on the room category, bathrooms are equipped with a shower or a bathtub and shower combination. Complimentary toiletries, fresh towels and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.

Clean lines, high-quality materials and thoughtful details create a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.

Common Areas

As a small boutique hotel, we do not offer a separate lounge or public sitting area.

From March to November, our courtyard is furnished and available for guests to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

Please note that the breakfast room is open exclusively during breakfast hours.

Arrival before 3:00 PM

To ensure that every room is carefully prepared, check-in before 3:00 PM is not possible.
Your personal access code will be activated from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.

We do not offer luggage storage inside the hotel.
However, after prior arrangement, luggage may be placed in the bicycle room from 11:00 AM on the day of arrival.

Please note that before 3:00 PM there is no lounge area, changing facility or publicly accessible bathroom available.

Late Arrival

After completing the digital check-in, arrival is possible at any time from 3:00 PM onwards.

Your personal access code will grant you entry to the main entrance, your room and the bicycle room.

No prior notice is required.
